The Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) is where Marine Corps readiness begins. It encompasses seven subordinate elements, including the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One in Yuma, Arizona; the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, California; the Expeditionary Warfare Training Groups in the Pacific and Atlantic; as well as multiple commands at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California. MAGTFTC serves as the foundation for developing the next generation of warfighters. These units collectively provide a wide range of advanced training environments that shape Marines into confident, capable, and effective leaders. Hope on the Horizon: USACE Assists Fire Survivors in Recovery

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Los Angeles District is assisting the couple by clearing debris and hazardous materials, enabling them to begin the rebuilding process. This mission is part of a broader federal effort to help affected residents recover and return to their communities. USACE is actively partnering with Los Angeles County, CalOES, FEMA, and other organizations to support wildfire recovery efforts in Southern California. Currently, USACE has more than 450 personnel on-site, along with around 3,000 contractors providing support to local, state, and FEMA partners for those impacted by the Palisades and Eaton fires on January 7. This workforce includes engineers, debris removal crews, safety officers, quality assurance specialists, and more from across the nation. DiNardo, president of the American Kennel Club, spoke at the AKC Agility Premier Cup on Cottrell Field at Fort Stewart, Georgia, on May 2, 2025.
